Ingredients
- Lemons or lime cut into half and rubbed with some salt
- White vinegar (enough to cover the lemons)
- Place the lemons in a pot and cover with vinegar.
- Then boil it till the lemon halves are cooked.
- Then leave them to cool before transferring into a jar.
- Leave the jar overnight and then store it in the fridge.
- Use the pickle after two weeks.
